Brief Answer:
Kindly give some more details.
Detailed Answer:
hello dear, welcome to HCM forum.
I can have a better idea if you give few more details.
1) From how long you are suffering from this headache.?
2)Is the headache continues through the day? or it comes as frequent attacks? Is it more during day hours or night hours?
3)Do you feel any odd symptoms just before starting the headache (like nausea, visual disturbance etc)
4)What about your blood pressure?
5)What about your occupation and family life? Any physical or mental stress?
6)Can you elaborate a little on your dental problems?
7)Is the headache towards one side or both sides of the head (unilateral/bilateral)?
Waiting for your reply.
Thank you.

Family fine, headaches from center to both sides of head, dizziness, random
Brief Answer:
Need more evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for the information.
From the details given, it's difficult to suggest a particular diagnosis.
Headache with associated dizziness can be from dehydration and low blood pressure, although this is unlikely to remain for more than few days.
Headache from dental problems usually will be on corresponding side only.
Other common causes are refractive errors of the eyes, physical or mental stress, inadequate sleep, vascular headache ,anaemia etc.
If such causes are also ruled out, we have to look for rare causes like any intracranial lesions, connective tissue disorders etc.
In short, we need a detailed physical examination including ENT , Ophtalmological and neurological examination .Kinldy follow up with your doctor.
Meanwhile, try to have a regular healthy diet with enough fluids, green leafy vegetables and fruits. Give your body adequate mental and physical rest.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
