Question: Yesterday I went to see my Dr and my blood pressure reading was150/88 when I left and I had a massive headache. I am also a diabetic my pressure is still high 148/88 and I still have a headache

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and noted your concern.
Your blood pressure is definitely little high but it seems unlikely to result in a massive headache,although high blood pressure is known to cause headaches.
Nothing to worry regarding this as it can be due to various other reasons like stress or lack of sleep etc
Just take Tylenol now and may repeat it after 4-6 hours,if required.
Start taking your anti hypertensive medications as advised by your doctor.
Consult your doctor again if your headache doesn't become all right in next 24 hours.
Since you are a diabetic,make sure to keep your blood pressure below 120/80.
