Question : I am having alot of headaches on top of my head and above my right ear. I am taking 5-10mg of oxycodone for back pain and not sure if from that or sinus or something else.

Headache can also occur with continous use of oxycodone called as medication overuse headache and requires stopping of offending drug.
What is the duration, character and intensity of headache? any nausea, vomiting, photophobia or phonophobia? Any aggravating factors like missing meal and sleep problems?
Headache is episodic or continous?
Any other medical illness.
