see doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are many things that could cause this group of symptoms. I will give you some suggestions but it is important for you to see a doctor as soon as possible and have an exam and blood tests checked for liver function, kidney function, thyroid and sugar.
Make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water daily. Take a multivitamin daily. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. Walk or do other exercise 30 minutes daily. Avoid all tobacco, alcohol and caffeine. Do not take the excedrin daily as overuse can actually cause headaches.
Regards,
Dr. Robinson

Hello and thanks for the follow up.
White patches in the mouth that scrape off are usually a yeast type infection. If they do not scrape off then they can be a precancerous type lesion that needs to be biopsied or removed. See your doctor soon,
