What Causes Headaches Only On The Top Left Side Of My Head And Tightness In The Neck And Shoulder Joint Along With Ear Infection?
Question: yes, thanks. I'm having headaches only on the top left side of my head. The pain is intense, but goes away quickly. Also, my scalp is very sensitive on the top left. Also, I have a slight ear infection in the left ear, and my throat feels a little sore on the left side and my shoulder feels tight between my neck and shoulder joint. The pain does not extend lower than my left pec. Any ideas?

Headache unilaterally with ear discharge may be due to extension of infection to brain. Primary headache can also occur. Better to get examined by a neurologist. Get a contrast enhanced CT/MRI of brain.
