Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
It would be great if you can upload your recent lipid profile report.
Pain typical of angina occurs in central chest, comes on exertion/ stress, relieves by rest, can not be elicited by touch, pressure, cough, particular posture or movement. Please detail your pain in light of above facts.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

Hello Sir

pain 'towards central but slight left' & extreme right occurs but rarely. and unfortunately your exertion fact also seems to be applicable. whenever i go to 3rd or 4th floor by stairs instead of escalators, till 5 minutes i feel pain in chest and headache. in morning hours also i feel headache and neck pain but have no blood pressure. 90/130 was the figure when i last measured 3 months back. these are the only facts and as far as lipid profile report is concerned, i will upload on monday. thanks for your time sir.

Brief Answer:
plesse see below .

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
The cardiac pain never goes to head. Thus it is not typical if a heart pain. Still since you have symptoms in exertion, do get yourself examined by a cardiologist . if he agrees undergo a stress test.
Pain in chest and head together may be neurological in origin. Hence examination is must.
Waiting for your reports.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
