Welcome to HCM.
Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Headache needs careful evaluation.
We need to rule out that this headache is Migraine/Tension type Headache.
So ,I need further details to give you possible diagnosis.
1. Since when is she having headache?
2. Any photophobia or phonophobia associated with headache?
3. Any vomiting or nausea associated?
4.Sleep pattern?
5. Any visual issues?
6. Any band like sensation over the head, like if something heavy is over the head?
7. Any weakness on any side of the body?
8. Any history of tingling or numbness in body?
9. Any history of seizures?
10. Severity of pain?
11. Any fever?
12. Any joint pains? Rashes?
I know it is a long list of questions but each and every question has its own significance. So, i would be happy if you answer these questions point wise. Also, if any past history of any illness you have please mention it irrespective of you feel that it is significant or not.

 1. I am having Headache since 3-4 months which starts sunday evening and continues full day on monday.
2. No photophobia or phonophobia associated with headache?
3. No vomiting or nausea associated
4. I normally go to sleep by 11:30 PM and wake up at 6:30 AM
5. I feel sever iritation in my eyes normally.
6. No band like sensation over the head, like if something heavy is over the head
7. No weakness on any side of the body
8. No history of tingling or numbness in body?
9. No history of seizures
10. Pain is just like heavy head till monday noon which increases to unbearable headache till eveining. it get cures only after i take a pill or after sleeping.
11. No fever
12. No joint pains. No Rashes

This is not Migraine.
Probably this is tension type headache.
I would also point out here that since you get headaches on weekends, make sure you don't drink alcohol on weekends, as that can also cause headaches.
Also tell me in case you are taking any medications for any purpose.
Treatment of Tension Type Headache is to relive the stress and to relax.
I also advise my patients drugs like Escitalopram 10 mg once daily in night of there life is getting troubled by the headache.
Also, i would advise you to take drugs like Tramadol for pain relief as on when required basis. Avoid any pain killers.
You have not mentioned your age, in case you are elderly, then you should get MRI brain.
Also, if you have recurrent sinus problem then it is advisable to get a Xray PNS.

Dear Friend.
For Sinus problem you can get X-Ray Para Nasal Sinus (PNS).
Also, if you have recurring sinus problem then get Absolute Eosinophil Count done.
Do steam inhalation at least 3 times a day. That is the best remedy for Sinus problem.
If your Xray is clear, the start taking Escitalopram.
