Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

This is not Migraine.

Probably this is tension type headache.

I would also point out here that since you get headaches on weekends, make sure you don't drink alcohol on weekends, as that can also cause headaches.

Also tell me in case you are taking any medications for any purpose.

Treatment of Tension Type Headache is to relive the stress and to relax.
I also advise my patients drugs like Escitalopram 10 mg once daily in night of there life is getting troubled by the headache.

Also, i would advise you to take drugs like Tramadol for pain relief as on when required basis. Avoid any pain killers.

You have not mentioned your age, in case you are elderly, then you should get MRI brain.

Also, if you have recurrent sinus problem then it is advisable to get a Xray PNS.

If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Dear Friend.
For Sinus problem you can get X-Ray Para Nasal Sinus (PNS).
Also, if you have recurring sinus problem then get Absolute Eosinophil Count done.
Do steam inhalation at least 3 times a day. That is the best remedy for Sinus problem.
If your Xray is clear, the start taking Escitalopram.
