Brief Answer:
Please meet an ent doctor immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I would strongly recommend that you meet an ent doctor immediately.

There can be two reasons for your complaints

The first one is that there maybe some fluid in your ear which is causing the ear block and decreased hearing. I would normally start my patients on levocetrizine 10mg at night and ask them to take steam inhalation thrice a day for this condition

However you may also have a condition called sudden sensorineural hearing loss which is a medical emergency and needs steroids in order to save the hearing.

Please meet your ent doctor immediately for further evaluation and treatment

Brief Answer:
Then it is likely to be a fluid collection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

If your hearing is ok then your symptoms are likely to be due to fluid collection in the ear.

In my patients I would normally start levocetrizine 10mg at night and ask them to take steam inhalation thrice a day. Depending on the severity I may also start oral steroids for them

You can take tablet paracetamol 500mg three times a day for the pain
