Brief Answer: hi, please send me details of surgery. Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX If I were your treating doctor, I would advise you to get a audio logical test like pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry done to evaluate your middle ear status. I would want to know your pre operative diagnosis - the reason for surgery, operation procedure in detail (it might be documented in your discharge sheet) and post op diagnosis. Please scan and upload the reports, if possible. There are 5 types of tympanoplasty, so what procedure was performed, what was your middle ear status before surgery; your hearing nerve condition. I would be able to give a better opinion about your status and its treatment with those details. Awaiting your response... Regards
