Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be related to a cardiac disorder.

The feeling of warmness is not typical of any cardiac disorder, but it may be associated to pure anxiety.

You refer that you don't feel too much pain at the moment? Do you feel any pain?

Do you have any other symptoms like difficulty breathing, lightheadedness, etc?

What are your actual blood pressure values?

A cardiac arrhythmia can not be excluded.

If you have chest pain, you should go to the ER for a physical examination a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound and cardiac enzymes.

If you don't have any chest pain, I recommend you to take an appointment with your GP for a careful physical examination, a resting ECG,cardiac ultrasound and chest X ray study.

Some lab blood tests may be necessary to exclude other secondary causes:

-complete blood count
-thyroid hormone levels
-blood electrolytes
-kidney and liver function tests.

An ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring may be necessary if suspicions of possible cardiac arrhythmia are raised.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above mentioned issues.

If all the above mentioned tests are normal, the main cause of your symptoms would be just pure anxiety.

Have you tried taking any anxiolytics (alprazolam, etc.) today? Has it modified your symptoms?

Hope to have been helpful!

Feel free to ask any other questions, whenever you need!

Best regards!
