Brief Answer:
It's heat induced

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I am assuming you have no other symptom.
I think the symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible heat intolerance.
I would suggest you plenty of cool fluids and avoidance of heat.
Best of luck.

Thank you. I have no problem exercising, no chest pain or shortness of breath etc. So its safe to assume it's not heart disease or clogged arteries? I spoke to my GP and she wasn't concerned but I want to make sure its not a warning sign of something else. I had a few skilled heart beats.
