Question : Sometimes i will get minor heart palps, after i eat or random times. Alchol made it way worse so i quit drinking. Is this something i should be worried about?

I do take pantaprozale for acid reflux, so the heart palps are a cause of the reflux as well then?

Acid reflux can cause heart palpitations but the other common causes are
1. Thyroid dysfunction
2. Anxiety
3. Smoking
4. Rhythm disturbance of the heart

I recommend that you take pantoprazole with domperidone instead of plain pantoprzole. It can be taken not more than twice a day.

I also suggest

1. To eat regularly and on time
2. Do not skip meals
3. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, smoking
4. Avoid milk and milk products
5. Do not sleep for atleast 2 hours post dinner
6. Smaller meals , 4-5 times a day is better than 3 large meals
7. Avoid bending exercises

Domperidine can this be obtained over the counter? And this medicine helps with heart palps?

Domperidone is an over the counter medication here in XXXXXXX You will have to find out from the pharmacy in your country, but in most western countries you require a prescription for domperidone.
