Need to undergo investigation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Palpitation is a sign which could be due to several reasons. This is how you should go about it
1. Approach a general physician to undergo basic tests like complete blood count, ecg and thyroid profile
2. I advise you to watch out for chest pain, breathlessness and blurring of vision
3. The most common reason for palpitation in your age group is anaemia and thyroid dysfunction.
Please do not ignore this matter, get yourself evaluated as soon as possible
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Motrin is a good pain killer
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back, I am sorry for the short delay in my reply. I was on call at my hospital.
Motrin is a good painkiller however it is nephrotoxic which means that if taken for a prolonged period of time ( more than 5 days) at a stretch it causes damage to the kidneys. Take it twice daily for not more than 4 days. A safer pain killer would be paracetamol three times daily.
I also recommend local analgesics like diclofenac gel, to be applied three times daily
Muscular pain does not cause palpitations.
Regards
