Brief Answer:
Following advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

You are experiencing chest pain at rest over the last teo weeks while over the few months you have had pain only during exercise. This type of chest pain os suggestive for ischemic heart disease (chest angina), which is related to coronary artery blockage .

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations to find out what is causing your symptoms :
- blood work
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- stress test
If these examinations will result positive for the presence of cardiac problems then you should do coronary angiography.

Moreover if the pain become more intense and last more than 15 minutes you should go immediately to ER to exclude any life threatening cardiac problems (heart attack).

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
