Brief Answer:
Need additional tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

You seem to have significant rhythm disturbance of the heart, which is manifesting in the form of double heart beat, heart beat sound in the ear.

This needs careful evaluation through 24 hr Holter ECG, 2 dimensional echocardiography and Carotid Doppler.

Your blood pressure and pulse rate are currently within the normal limits.

You are currently receiving the right kind of medications for your blood pressure control.

The further management in your case depends largely on the test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
