Question : I've had heartburn for two weeks, blurry vision, heart aches and gas with urine dropping

- Blood work
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Chest x-ray
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Upper endoscopy
- Spine x-ray

As i said earlier your symptoms may be related to neurological (and psychological) issues.

However other causes should be excluded before concluding that your symptoms are related to anxiety and depression.

This is why I strongly recommend that you should schedule an appointment with your doctor to do all the above mentioned exams.
