Question : okay I've been taking dexilant for heartburn in the mornings and Zoloft at night I need to know what I can take for a headache with these two meds? and is it okay to have a glass of wine?

Headache in a young patient with heart burn can also be due to the same problem.
So you have two options for the headache.
Do chech your blood pressure once to rule out blood pressure as a cause of headache.
Take 2 tablets of chewable antacid with MPS (methyl polysiloxane) with Paracetamol--that should be safest for you.
Wine is acidic and may add to your acidity induced headache--so be careful.
If you do take wine sometime--take an extra dexilant (Lansoprazole).
