Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are mostly due to gastritis and GERD.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and gastritis related symptoms is more.
GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause symptoms of chest tightness, pressure, heaviness, chest pain, burping, belching etc.
It is common in obese people.
So no need to worry for heart diseases.
You have not answered about antacid. Are you taking any antacid medicine?

Thanks doctor for detailed analysis and thorough follow up. It really a great help.
Do you have bad eating habits? - Earlier I used to but since last 3 month as I am on dieting so I do take small meals at regular interval. No non-veg/junk or spicy food.
pantoprazole and levosulperide medicine will work fine with current medication as prescribed by my thyoroid doctor ? Will there be any side effect of this ?
