                                    Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy is needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
I have gone through your medical history and understood your concerns. Your symptoms might be indicative for possible bowel problems;
- hemorrhoids
- tumors
- bowl infections
I highly suggest to run colonoscopy to evaluate further the status of your colon in order to take proper treatment.
If everything is ok, then uro-genital organs should be further evaluated.
Hope it was of help! If anything unclear, do not hesitate to contact me again!

                                    Can internal hemorrhoids cause a feeling of dragging and pressure in rectum and tailbone pain? I have no evidence of external hemorrhoids and no bleeding or pain when I have a bowel movement. My bowels are soft but formed though.

Hi there,
Yes, internal hemorrhoids can cause a feeling of pressure in rectum, but not a tailbone pain. It might be indicating other possible problems, that's why colonoscopy is needed.
