Question : Hi, I have a feeling of heaviness and pressure in my rectum along with terrible pressure and pain in tailbone. What could this be?

- tumors
- bowl infections

I highly suggest to run colonoscopy to evaluate further the status of your colon in order to take proper treatment.

Can internal hemorrhoids cause a feeling of dragging and pressure in rectum and tailbone pain? I have no evidence of external hemorrhoids and no bleeding or pain when I have a bowel movement. My bowels are soft but formed though.
