What Causes Heaviness And Soreness In The Breasts While Having Irregular Menstruation?

Question: Hi, I'm 46 female, have had skipped periods on and off for over a year, three weeks ago my breasts started feeling heavy, and very tender..not pregnant. Have hypothyroidism and just was diagnosed with diverticulitis.

You must be in your perimenoposal period and that could get the reason for your irregular periods.
At this stage any pain or discomfort has to be evaluated at the earliest.
