Brief Answer:
Go to ER - get examined & investigated

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your symptom – chest heaviness on effort – is highly suggestive of heart pain > Ischemic heart Disease (CAD). You need to be investigated for Coronary Artery Disease.
You need an examination, ECG and basic blood tests – as soon as possible. If routine EKG is normal, it is better to have a Treadmill Exercise Electrocardiogram (TMT).

In suspected heart problem, TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE – if detected early, an attack may even be aborted / the amount of damage and complications can be reduced remarkably. Better be safe than sorry - treated if a problem is found / Happy, if it turns out otherwise

You SHOULD SEE YOUR DOCTOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE...

Good luck
God bless you
