Question : I have the following condition. my head feels heavy as if something is sitting on the top of my head, my will feel clogged, and mucus sometimes drip down my throat. I had this a very long time. could it be i don't drink enough water? if not, what it is and how i can treat it

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having allergic Rhino-sinusitis with post nasal drip (PND) .

In my opinion , it is not because of drinking enough water . It is because of allergy & sinusitis .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Warm salt water gargle twice daily ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
tab paracetamol twice daily for heavy head .

Continue steroid nasal spray as advised by your doctor for allergy .

You will get relief .
