Question : hi doc, from past few days m feeling sick in the morning n quite cold. later in d day i feel quite ok. got a little heavy head too. looking for ur advice.

There are three possibilities where one can have such symptoms

1. Thryroid dysfunction
2. Low vitamin d level, frequently seen in people who are mostly indoors
3. Sinusitis
