Question: My Stomach gets heavy whenever i have my lunch or dinner.After that i have to go the toilet for loo many times in a day.Am i allergic to something???

Since you are not having stressful life, IBS is less likely.
Your symptoms are more with fried and spicy food.
So GERD is a possibility.

Doctor I am not exactly obese but i am overweight by 7kgs than actually what i should weight by BMI!!!
Second question i am not facing any such issues.
But yes sometimes when i eat some spicy or some non-veg food then some blood falls from my stool.This condition remains untill that food is out from my body.I eat Yogurt to sooth my stomach.When i eat normal food nothing sort of what i explained happens.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of gastritis is more.
Your symptoms are absent with normal (routine) food and worsen with fried and spicy food.
All these are classical symptoms of gastritis.
Best treatment of gastritis is avoidance of suspected foods.
But better to first get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy to rule out gastric ulcer and polyps.
