Nothing to worry

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
If you are having your periods regularly, and the flow is normal to heavy on the first two days of the periods, then it is completely normal process and there is absolutely nothing to worry about.

Brief Answer:
Its normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, over the time, as the body ages, the periods also come for short duration in few women.
However, entire blood of the periods is shed in 2-3 days with heavy flow and thus it is absolutely normal.
