Question : hi i have ectopic pregenency before and month ago before i knew it was ectopic i did abortion surgery but they didnt find something .
i got two shots in two weeks until my herrmons level went down from 40000 to 26000
The last peroid was at september 02
I have no heavy bleeding since the abortion surgery just a little blood at morning
I think my period start to come but today i noticed heavy bleeding with big objects coming out.It comes more than four times and i am concerened if it is a rupture or something dangerous.

But still you need to get a transvaginal Ultrasound and BHCG levels so as to confirm complete abortion.

The abortion i did was three weeks ago after they didnt find anything in the uterous they told mecto go to hospital because the pregenency was eptopic.
In the hospital they did ultrasound and blood test to me and gave me the two shots. The first one didnt work after one week gave mecthe second one.
After that my hermons level went down from 40,000 to 26,000 last wensday. A blood was coming out from the begining of the operation but lightly only at morning. Yesterday and today the bleeding increased especially today and as you saw an objects start to come out after a sharp pain the first one was smaller than the second and third, and i am bleeding after the object is coming out, but not continusely, i am concered if there is a rupture or something dangerous. It overnight here and i cant go to hospital untill morning.
Please advice me if it is noraml and if i am getting red of the eptopic pregenecy by bleeding this objects.

I understand your anxiety but there is nothing dangerous as this is just your period and your uterus is trying to expel the decidualised endometrium (kind of response of the lining of uterus to pregnancy) due to ectopic pregnancy.
The main point in favor is that patients with ectopic pregnancy do not expel clots and there is just a minimal spotting with unbearable pain.
But still an ultrasound is a must after medical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
So you can very well go to hospital in morning and get the tests done.
