Question : I first got relationship yesterday but I'm bleeding too much with some chunk now. What should I do? I don't have money so I cannot go hospital

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After having sexual intercourse for the first time, it is natural to have some amount of bleeding, due to rupture of the hymen.
Heavy bleeding with clots is not normal.
There could be a vaginal tear / laceration leading to such bleeding.
It is best to consult a doctor and have an internal exam.
If you really cannot do that, please wait and watch for one more day.
If the bleeding really does not decrease, you somehow have to avail medical services.
