Brief Answer:
Take Dycinone and Tranaxemic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hi Miss XXXXXXX

Al Salaam Alaikum.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

Since your Thyroid hormone is also normal it appears that this heavy period is due to hormonal imbalance which is quite common in this age group.

You can take Tab Dycinone 500mg three times daily. It helps to reduce bleeding.
No need to take Doxium.
In addition to Dycinone I suggest you to take tab Tranaxemic acid ( available as Cyclokapron) 1 gm three times daily after food. Don't take it on empty stomach, as it may cause burning in the stomach. Once bleeding reduces by more than 50% (which occurs in one to two days time) reduce Tranaxemic acid to 500 mg three times daily until bleeding stops.

Once bleeding stops, I suggest that you consult your doctor and get a endometrial biopsy done to make sure that there is no other reason for this bleeding.

I hope this helps.
if you have further problems, I will be happy to answer.
