Brief Answer:
Needs test done

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using HCM.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

With history of chest pain better to get evaluated first to rule out cardiac causes for it. not all chest pains are due to cardiac cause, so be relaxed.

With your history I advice you to get ECG and cardiac markers test done. and need to get examined thoroughly.

Early detection of any condition with appropriate treatment has better outcome.

other possible cause would be gastric reflux, which also presents in similar way.
I prefer you to consult your local doctor to get your cardiac exam done.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a better health

Regards
