What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Cramping While On Climara Pro Patch?

Question: I have been using the climarapro patch for several months. This last week i started heavy vaginal bleeding that has not let up. Also, heavy cramping. What could this indicate?

1) Climarapro patch is unlikely to be the reason behind such heavy bleeding.

2) Such heavy bleeding is likely to be due to thickened endometrium or problems like fibroid or polyp in the uterus.

3) You need to get ultrasound scan to to identify if you have any of these problems. Please see your doctor for the same.

I am getting worried. Since I last wrote you, the bleeding and cramps have gotten worse. I have non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and have lived way beyond the statistics. Do you think this may be uterine or endometrial cancer??
