Question : I had a DnC on Wednesday. The bleeding was minimal and seemed to be getting less. Today (Friday), I have started to bleed fairly heavily with increased cramps. At what point should I become concerned and contact my gynocolgist and/or go to the emergency department?

                                    Brief Answer:
tablet tranexa advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is common to have increased bleeding after d&c after 3-4 days which will subside in a day or two.
Take tablet tranexa 500 mg thrice a day for three days.
In case bleeding increases any further or fails to decrease even after 2 days of tablet intake then visit your gynecologist.
All the best.
