Question : hello doctor...I am 30 years female.. I had my last period on Apr - 25.. after then from May 9 I am having heavy head... feeling little dizzy... having lot of gas trouble.. burping a lot.. I felt its some indigestion.. but it has never gone away .. past few days.. catching up with breathing when climbing stair and feels so tired after climbing chairs... Breathing when I do some hard job like mopping the floor or cleaning.. then from sterday.. my lower breast is paining when i touch.. and sometimes feels tight with my inner wear..

At times it feels like PMS and sometimes feels as signs of pregnancy.. not sure how to conclude.. can you give me your inference on the situation.. is it pregnancy?

I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
The symptoms are most likely due to PMS due to hormonal changes but if you had history of unprotected sex than you should wait and watch for the menses and if you missed the period by 7 days than get your home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

Thanks... it should be mostly PMS then.... but I never had burping of dizziness before... also no breathing when I climb over.... maybe it's because of low bp too... but why burping? I never knew it's part of Pms... and that before two weeks of my period due date...
