Question: I started my period November 29th. then again two
weeks later. Both were light. I started getting nauseated and my breast were tender. I had a lot of lower back pain. i took a pregnancy test and it came out very faintly postive. on the 1st I started spotting then bleeding. it lasted about a day and a half then the bleeding stopped, but it was very heavy. what happened? did I miscarry?

heavy or light bleeding does not mean miscarriage. I suggest you get a transvaginal ultrasound scan to confirm gestational sac which should be seen by now.

Another option is to get serum beta hCG blood test to confirm pregnancy and its progress
