Brief Answer:
Could be plantar fasciitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

this kind of pain seems like plantar fasciitis. It is usually felt right after rising from rest. The first step is the most painful one and may feel like if you've stepped on something really hard, like a stone. The heel may feel better as the patient walks but won't go away and will eventually get worse, so that even after walking it will be intense.

Raising the heel by using a silicone pad helps but patience is needed because this condition heals very slowly. You should avoid walking barefoot or on hard surfaces. Always use good quality shoes but not flat ones (neither with a high heel).

Examination by an orthopedic surgeon is advised, mostly to exclude other potential causes. Drug use is not recommended.

I hope I've helped!
