Brief Answer:
It could be due to mucosal injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It could be due to injury to innermost layer i. e. of Oesophagus, Stomach or Duodenum due to Alcohol.
Due to mucosal injury, blood might have collected and resulted in Vomiting.
Another possibility is a previous ulcer might have eroded a blood vessel leading to blood vomiting .
You should get an Upper GI endoscopy and see the cause for bleeding.Treatment is directed accordingly.
Till Endoscopy,I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole 20mg twice daily before food , Syrup containing Sucralfate 10ml three times a day
to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.
Avoid pain killers,spicy foods.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
