I would keep a possibility of an Internal Hemorrhoid rather than a wart. Hemorrhoidal veins are located in the lowest area of the rectum just above the anus. Sometimes they swell when the veins enlarge. Although hemorrhoids occur in everyone, they can become large and cause problems in some.

Though I would like to gather some more information from you in order to be able to help you better.

--Do you suffer from constipation?
--Have you ever noticed blood with bowel movement?
--Have you ever had unprotected receptive anal sex?

Going through the pictures, it looks more like an Internal Hemorrhoid. Internal hemorrhoids usually present with painless bleeding, either as fresh drops of blood or on wiping, after bowel movement. Does'nt look like a wart.

1) Internal hemorrhoids are located in the inside lining of the rectum. They usually are painless and make their presence known by causing bleeding with a bowel movement. Sometimes internal hemorrhoids enlarge and then prolapse or protrude outside the anus. Prolapsed hemorrhoids may hurt because the anus is dense with pain-sensing nerves.

2) Most patients with anal warts present with minor complaints. The most frequent complaint is that of perianal growth. Pruritus ani may be present and to a lesser degree, discharge, bleeding, tenesmus(urge for a bowel movement). Physical examination may reveal the classic cauliflower-like lesion.

The lesion that I can see in the pictures you have attached is a single smooth protrusion from the wall, unlike cauliflower like appearance of the warts. It looks more like an Internal Hemorrhoid Or may be like an anal polyp to me.

Pruritus ani Or itching on and around the anal area, can occur in case of perianal/anal warts and some cases of prolapsed hemorrhoids as well, because of scant amount of mucoid discharge which can cause some irritation on the perianal skin and also because of constantly trapped moisture/discharge in the closely apposed body fold may give rise to superimposed candidal infection

Discharge from genital wart on the anal mucosa is most likely to be scanty and mucoid.

warts are usually multiple and arranged radially/all along the wall of the perianal and anal mucosa.

Anal polyp may be entirely asymptomatic or may cause feeling of tenesmus, mucoid diascharge, pruritus ani, blood in the stools etc

Hemorrhoid is such a common thing and almost everybody has it, although a high fibre diet would actually be a factor against development of internal hemorrhoid because it is supposed to prevent constipation.
