Question: Hello,
This morning at 8:15 my blood pressure was 116/74. After taking .75 grains of NatureThroid and 2.5 mg of Lisinopril by 9:30 my blood pressure was 140/81. No other factors changed. This causes me some concern. What are your thoughts?

Brief Answer:
Advised monitor your blood pressure&record results

Detailed Answer:
Hi there my dear,

One of the rare side effects of Nature-Throid is increased blood pressure. You have also taken Lisinopril that would stabilize your blood pressure (counteract this rare effect).

There is nothing to get concerned. I advise to monitor your blood pressure:
- first thing in the morning (once you wake up)
- 1 hour after eating or taking your pills

and record the results to get them checked by your doctor. For the moment, as long as you are feeling fit with a perfect resting heart rate, there is nothing to be worried about.

Please bare in mind that blood pressure might increase when:
- eating
- doing physical activity

That's why, I am advising to measure your blood pressure at rest, at least 1 hour after eating or having your pill.

Hope it helped! Do write me back if you have further queries!
