Question : last night my legs were cramping soI did some stretching but today i have had the feeling of having to go to the bathroom (number 2) but once I'm in there i can't.
my blood pressure was up for minute 165 over 100 but went back down to 139 over 89.
can this all be related or is this simply some constipation

                                    Brief Answer:
It is most probably constipation.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have studied your case. Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of constipation. But cramps in night can also be due to lack of calcium and B 12. I would suggest you following.
1.Take stool softener like cremaffin syrup two tea spoon ful at night time.
2. Take lot of fibers in diet.
3.take 1000 mg calcium and 60000 unit vitamin D per week for six weeks.
4.There is no harm in getting a ECG done if same thing happens again.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions. Thanks
