Brief Answer:
Rapid heart beat, irregularity and low blood press

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks fir the query,

Raising the blood pressure while taking benadryl is not a known side effect of this drug. The drug has some consequences on the cardiovascular system like like increasing the heart rate and at times causing the heart to beat irregularly. Paradoxically, this drug can have as side effect a reduction in blood pressure (hypotension) and not raising the blood pressure.

It is therefore of utmost importance to check out if a patient is on blood pressure medicines or not. Associating this drug to other blood pressure lowering drugs can lead to hypotension (low blood pressure) and aggravate irregular heart beat if present originally.

Thanks and kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
