Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I passed carefully through your actual and previous medical history (and complains), and I would recommend you for the moment to take one tablet 2.5 mg of Lorazepam (a benzodiazepine agent), which will help relieve your anxiety, induce a fast sleeping process and relax your scalp muscle tension (which seems ta have important implications in your symptoms also). A pain killer drug such as ibuprofen, etc would be helpful (used in conjunction with lorazepam).

My recommendation would be to review again your thyroid function level (the balance between thyroid hormone levels and underlying therapy), and consult a neurologist for a comprehensive neurological status examination to rule out/in other potential responsible factors (and start any anxiolytics/antidepresives as appropriately judged).

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me whenever you need! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
