Brief Answer:
Can occur in several conditions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for the query.
Eosinophils are usually increased in response to an allergic condition or a parasitic infection.
It may also be present less commonly in endocrine disorders , autoimmune diseases and malignancies.
Do let me know whether you have any symptoms or this is an incidental finding.

I have constant pain on the left side of my abdomen. Recently got CT scan and there an inflammation was found. Will have a colonoscopy on Dec. 15th.

Brief Answer:
Please upload the CT report

Detailed Answer:
The colonoscopy may reveal the cause of the eosinophilia and then proper treatment would be possible.
If it does not then I would suggest an empirical treatment which may reduce the eosinophilia.
