Brief Answer:
Can be related to thyroid issues

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

High activity and body feeling hot can be due to higher levels of thyroid hormone.

If the two symptoms that you have described are unrelated to each other, then the hot feeling may be due to some type of infection. In such a case I would get you tested for it. For example, there may be an infection of urinary tract, may not present with any other symptom but fever: a urine analysis will come back positive.

Another reason could be high room temperatures leading to heat intolerance, etc.

Sometimes some medicine may be causing it.

Thus I would like to know more details about your symptoms and would also advise you to get basic blood tests done that also include thyroid profile.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Yes alcohol and tobacco can cause it

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

It is reassuring that your reports are normal.

Alcohol, when gets metabolized in the body, can raise the body temperatures. Alcohol, pan, tobacco can cause high activity and restlessness, so that you are working at increased pace, but quality of work may be missed out.

High work pressure can cause stress and anxieties. Anxieties can cause all types of problems including chest pain, nervousness, tingling, etc.

No physical activity is not good. You have to exercise daily for 20 min. It can include gym, walk, yoga, cycling, swimming etc. You have to make it a routine. It helps alleviate the stress. This is one thing that is definitely to be done by your own will.

You have to stop alcohol and pan ingestion as well.

Hope it helps.
