From how many days are you having fever? If only with in 3 days then take TAB.PARACETAMOL 650 mg 1 tablet for 3 days,
for your stomach issue i suggest you to take any proton pump inhibitors like TAB.PAN 40, 1 TABLET before foo 2 times a day for 3 days.
Along with thee medicines start having any over the counter available probiotics.

Rest for 3 days is suggested.
Have bland and cooked food.
avoid cold, canned, spicy and oily food.
