Brief Answer:
Seems to be a viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details and understand your concern. Most often such symptoms are due to viral infections and antibiotics are ineffective in such cases. Irrespective of use of antibiotics, it usually spontaneously resolves in 5-7 days. I have checked the reports. The CBC report does not load. However, unless the WBC Count is raised it indicates a viral infection.
Children often suffer from viral infections that may manifest with fever. If your child is otherwise active and playful, I would not be concerned. A pus cell count of 2-4/hpf is normal and nothing to be concerned about.

If your child has fever with temperature more than 100°F, you need to give paracetamol or acetaminophen (P-250, Crocin or Tylenol) to bring down. If paracetamol is not effective in bringing down the temperature, you need to use Meftal-P (mefenamic acid) which is more effective. The minimum gap between two doses of Crocin is 4-6 hours. The doses of Crocin and Meftal P are independent of each other. Minimum gap between doses of Meftal P is 6-8 hours. However, I do not think that they would be needed to be used simultaneously. Also use tepid sponging.

Giving steam inhalation to your child helps in reducing the congestion. Water vapor will reach deep inside and would help in diluting the cough and thus would provide relief. Use Nasoclear saline nasal drops in case of nose block. If he has cough or nasal discharge give him some antiallergic like cetirizine once daily for next few days.

Hopefully that would help. Feel free to write back in case of further queries.

Thank you doctor for reply.CBC report is attached.
We are using Sinarest from last 6 days for cold. For caugh -CHERICOF-LS ,For fever we have tried with CALPOL-250mg,Mefthal-P and anti boitic aziwar(two times-daily once, one more dose is pending today).Local doctor suggested to do dengue kit,CPC test as well apart from above tests but symptoms seems to be not like that so we have not done these tests,Do we need to do these tests?.Since now is day time, she is feeling better now,Night time it's going up,Caugh is present sometimes and during sleep breathing sound extra also observed(Nasoclear we will use for it),Since fever is present from last 6 days, she became bit week.Day time,we feel that she is recovering from fever but in the night time we see that fever, cough are coming up.Nose also runing some times.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
You need not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The CBC reports that there is no bacterial infection. Since you have started the antibiotics you should complete the course. But it was meaningless anyway. I would not insist you to be apprehensive about dengue test unless your child has skin rashes or petechial spots. If rashes are present, you can get the dengue test done. Since she is feeling better, my preference would be to wait.

About her weakness, give her healthy food and she would gradually recover. Continue the other medicines and they would take care of the runny nose and noisy breathing.

Brief Answer:
Paracetamol is to be given only if there is fever.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the update. If you are giving some antiallergic like cetirizine, continue it for two or three more days. Give paracetamol or mefenamic acid only if there is fever. No other medication is required. However, I would insist you to continue giving steam inhalation for a few more days.
