Question : my 3.5 years old daughter was playing with water today and after that she tool. her bath.since then she has become lethargic and has high fever.she is complaining of body ache.she doesn't have any running nose or cough.just some stomach ache.what should we do and what might be the reason.we were out for a vacation where she had outside food from 18 to 20th that is Sunday.its been 3 days since we are back.

Can understand your concerns.

Fever with stomach ache and contact with water could be due to food poisoning, common cold, or acute gastroentritis.
Since, she ate from outside 2 to 3 days back, and also there is pain abdomen chances of food poisoning are more.
Common cold can be a cause because she was in contact with water today.
Acute gastroentritis can also present like this.
If I was your treating doctor, I would have given
Syrup of ofloxacin 3 times a day for 3 days, new line
Syrup cyclopam 3 times a day for 1 day for pain abdomen.
Syrup Paracetamol for fever.
However, since these are prescription medicines, I advise you to meet the local doctor to confirm the diagnosis and for dosage of drugs.
