Question : Hi... I am taking solo 650 for fever during chicken pox however fever is not getting subdued. Can I take meftal P instead of Solo 650 ? N how many times ?

Take paracetamol 500 mg 4 times a day

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

Solo is a combination medicine. I would suggest that you try paracetamol in the dose of 500 mg upto 4 times a day. If it does not work then meftal-p can be taken but it is mostly given for pain and may not work. It can be taken 500 mg 3 times a day.

Take rest and let the infection get better.
