                                    Brief Answer:
no need to go to ER
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The sequence of events appear to be normal. A heart rate of 90 is not alarming and does not compel you to go to the ER. Please relax and continue your daily schedule.
Regards,

drink enough water
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sorry for my late response. Hope you are feeling better now.
Please do drink lots of water, that is going to be helpful to you. It prevents the dizziness as well.
The allergies are a separate problem that needs to be dealt separately.
Wish you good health.
