Question : My blood pressure is 118 over 63 pulse 135 my heart is racing and my left shoulder feels like it is hot on inside breathing heavy what do u thing I am 65 yrs old female. I have nerve damage from accident diabetes is 256.

I think you should definitely get tested for EKG and Dobutamine stress echo
You are a diabetic lady
Sometimes the cardiac issues come up in diabetics, especially ladies with just mild symptoms like you mention.

A cardiac lesion should definitely be ruled out.
I will suggest an ekg first and then if needed an echo
