Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
After going through the medical details provided by I understand your concern for wife's health and I would like to tell you that your wife's blood pressure is generally staying bottom line low and general for this can be improper diet, dehydration, anemia or pregnancy.
As you have told her blood pressure goes low during or after meals and this happens because Blood flows to your digestive tract after you eat. Normally , your body increases your heart rate to maintain normal blood pressure. But in some people these mechanisms fail, leading to dizziness, faintness and falls.
To rule out her cause of hypotension kindly get the following tests done:
1. CBC ( for anemia or any infection)
2. Vitamin B-12 ( to check Nutritional Deficiency )
3. Thyroid profile ( for endocrine culprit of Low BP )
4. ECG and Echocardiography ( to rule out any structural Heart Disease )
5. RBS and HbA1c ( to rule out diabetes )
Let me know if she is taking any medication or having any family history of medical illness.
Kindly revert back with required information and test reports so that I can guide you properly.
Kind Regards

Hello Sankalp
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for uploading reports. After reviewing all the reports carefully I observed that her vitamin D and vitamin B12 levels are significantly low which in some individuals can independently cause such symptoms.
Also her cholesterol levels are slightly raised which can very well be taken care with the help of lifestyle modification and medicine.
Her ECG is perfectly normal but it would have been really helpful if an ecg can be taken during the time of symptoms to rule out any cardiac arrhythmia. I would also like to suggest to get an Echocardiography done once to make sure there is no structural abnormally of heart.
She should properly stick to the medication which your physician has prescribed as it will help resolve her symptoms over a period of time.
I hope this information will guide you properly.
Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
