Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM.
The raised liver enzymes are indicative of liver injury which is secondary to alcohol consumption.
So, as a physician I must inform you that the alcohol is the most important and harmful substance to your body not only affecting the liver but other organs as well.
I know it is difficult but if you make up your mind, it can be gradually stopped.
Take vitamin E tablets for the liver injury.
For high triglyceride level you may need drugs like Fibrates.
Obese people often have low blood levels of vitamin D.
So you are advised to take vitamin D supplements and the diet rich in vitamin D like fish, fish liver oils and fortified dairy and grain products.
Spend much time in the sun and try to avoid sunscreen (sunscreen inhibits vitamin D production).
Beside this strictly adhere to your medications for diabetes, take plenty of fruits, healthy diet, avoid fast and junk foods, do regular exercise.
Hope the suggestions given above could be helpful to you.
Should you need more advice, please feel free to send your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
